UPPER COMPARTMENT FOR CHEMICALS

• Entirely built in cold press-bent and painted FE P01 zinc plated steel sheet (Skin passat), thickness 10/10 mm, after degreasing treatment with a first application of epoxy primer
• 2 subsequent applications of thermosetting powders and following passage in thermal gallery at 200° C. “Monolith” type construction, with cabinet levelling supports at its base.
• Hollow core and reversible door, built as above, equipped with safety lock handle and lock.
• 110° opening to enable shelf extraction without tilting.
• Safety warnings indicate the presence of dangerous and toxic products as well as the capacity and limit of product to be stored.
• 2 CONTAINER SHELVES (1 STANILESS STEEL) in steel as above with 10/10 mm thickness to contain liquids in case of possible breakage or spilling of containers.
• Rack adjustment of shelf height. Dimensions mm 490 x 550

LOWER COMPARTMENT FOR INFLAMMABLES

Entirely built in cold press-bent and zinc plated steel sheet, thickness 1/1, 5/2, with exterior monolith structure painted with epoxy powders and passage in thermal gallery at 200° C. Rock wool panels for high temperature (800°C) (free of Fibro-ceramics) MO CSTB certification no.9234624.3 and non-combustibility RINA certification fixed with ceramic glues. Fire-stop fabric. Certification according to the new regulation EN 14470-1, DIN 12925-1 emended in April 1998 with the FWF techniques (thermal cuts).

• Certified automatic closing SYSTEM (70/100 °C) of air intake/ exhaust pipes, with no need of maintenance, positioned on the storage cabin ceiling.
• Natural iron anti-spark HINGE with brass plug.
• 7 + 3 cm thermo-expanding joint (DIN 4102)
• 1 base spillage trough shelf steel painted.
• “Ground” TERMINAL to avoid electrostatic charges.

ACTIVATED CARBON FILTER suitable for high filtering surface acid substances. replacement supported by a pivotal system with key opening.
